Project Enquiries & Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

Payments

Payment terms will be outlined within individual quotations and invoices. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included within project agreements. Any additional revisions beyond those agreed may be charged at an additional rate.

Intellectual Property

Final artwork and deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. I retain the right to display completed work within portfolios, promotional materials, and professional case studies unless confidentiality has been agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, feedback, and approvals within agreed timescales. Delays in providing information may affect project timelines.

Liability

While every effort is made to ensure accuracy and quality, I shall not be held liable for losses arising from the use of supplied artwork, websites, or design materials.
